Georgia Anson is a multidisciplinary artist working across painting, ceramics, jewellery, metal, glass and mixed media. The practice explores transformation, human relationships with animals and natural environments, and the distinctions humans create between themselves and other species.

ARTS EDUCATION & COMMUNITY PRACTICE
2022–present — Disability Support Worker
Develops individual creative projects with adults with disability. Projects span painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, mixed media, craft and interdisciplinary approaches, with an emphasis on participant-led practice and adapting creative processes to individual interests and support needs.
2017–2018 — Visual Arts Teaching Placements, University of Melbourne
Completed 12 weeks of intensive secondary visual arts teaching placements across jewellery, metal fabrication, casting, drawing, photography, watercolour, zine making, life drawing, enamelling, architecture and design technology.
