This is a handcrafted product, made with care. Due to the nature of handmade products, items can vary slightly from images. My work is often organic and wonky so please keep this in mind. However, If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase please get in contact with me. Any products that are faulty or defective will be refunded in full, including shipping. Sale items and custom made listings are generally not refundable.
Standard shipping will then take approx. 3-10 business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays not included) for orders within Australia and up to 20 business days or more for international countries. I will endeavour to keep you updated on what stage the order is at. If you need your purchase quickly or a tracking number please let me know via e-mail.
International customers please note that shipping will be done through Australia Post and your country may have separate import/ taxes that you will be responsible for.
